STUDI INSTALASI LISTRIK GEDUNG PUSKESMAS LOA JANAN ULU
SAMARINDA
Puskesmas merupakan fasilitas umum yang digunakan sebagai tempat pelayanan
kesehatan. Agar pelayanan terlaksana dengan aman dan nyaman maka perlu
adanya fasilitas seperti penerangan, dan lain lain. Fasilitas-fasilitas tersebut
memerlukan instalasi listrik. Puskesmas Loa Janan Ulu Samarinda terletak di Jl.
Soekarno Hatta, Kecamatan Loa Janan, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara,
Kalimantan Timur. Studi ini dilakukan agar mengetahui sebuah sistem instalasi
listrik baik sesuai standar PUIL 2011, sehingga studi ini memiliki sistem yang
baik. Hasil data penghitungan jumlah titik lampu sebanyak 105, sedangkan di
lapangan sebanyak 45 titik lampu, selisihnya sebanyak 60 titik lampu. Kapasitas
pengaman sirkit utama hasil penghitungan adalah MCB 3 fasa 25 A, sedangkan di
lapangan MCB 3 fasa 16 A Jenis dan luas penampang penghantar utama yang
digunakan berdasarkan penghitungan sama dengan terpasang di lapangan adalah
kabel NYY 4 x 4 mm2. Untuk jenis dan luas penampang penghantar sirkit akhir
lantai 1 dan lantai 2 berdasarkan hasil penghitungan yang digunakan pada lantai 1
dan lantai 2 adalah kabel NYA 2,5 mm2 sedangkan yang terpasang di lapangan
adalah kabel NYA 1,5 mm2. Total daya hasil penghitungan sebesar 10124 Watt
sedangkan yang terpasang di data lapangan sebesar 9185 Watt.

Public health center is a public facility that is used as a place for health services.
In order for the service to be carried out safely and comfortably, it is necessary to
have facilities such as lighting, and others. These facilities require electrical
installation. Loa Janan Ulu Health Center Samarinda is located on Jl. Soekarno
Hatta, Loa Janan District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. This
study was conducted in order to find out a good electrical installation system
according to PUIL 2011 standards, so that this study has a good system. The
results of the calculation of the number of light points are 105, while in the field
there are 45 light points, the difference is 60 light points. The main circuit safety
capacity calculated is a 3-phase MCB 25 A, while in the field a 3-phase MCB 16
A The type and cross-sectional area of the main conductor used based on the
calculation is the same as that installed in the field is a 4 x 4 mm2 NYY cable. For
the type and cross-sectional area of the final circuit conductor on the 1st and 2nd
floors, based on the calculation results used on the 1st and 2nd floors, the NYA
cable is 2.5 mm2, while what is installed in the field is the 1.5 mm2 NYA cable.
The total power calculated is 10124 Watt while that installed in the field is 9185
Watt.
