Laporan Tugas Akhir mengenai menganalisis harga pokok pesanan pada Metro
Bakery. Analisa data dilakukan dengan mengunkan metode penyusutan garis lurus.
Perhitungan harga pokok pesanan dengan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan metode
obeservasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil menunjukan bahwa harga pokok
pesanan pada tanggal 1 Mei 2022 diketahui jumlah pesanan yang diterima 12.300 yang
terdiri dari roti bandung, roti burger dan roti hotdog sehingga total penjualan pada
pesanan roti sebesar Rp15.900.000. analisa dan perhitungan yang dilakukan oleh penulis
sebagai berikut pemakaian bahan baku sebesar Rp7.568.450, biaya tenaga kerja sebesar
Rp464.286, dan biaya overhead pabrik sebesar Rp447.258, dan total biaya keseluruhan
sebesar Rp8.479.994.

Final Project Report on analyzing the cost of orders at Metro Bakery. Data
analysis was carried out using the straight-line depreciation method. The calculation of
the cost of goods ordered by data collection techniques using the methods of observation,
interviews, and literature study. The results show that the cost of orders on May 1, 2022,
it is known that the number of orders received is 12,300 consisting of bandung buns,
burger buns and hotdog so that the total sales on bread orders are Rp. 15,900,000. The
analysis and calculations carried out by the author are as follows: the use of raw
materials is Rp. 7.568.450, labor costs are Rp. 464.286, and overhead Rp. 447.258, and
the total cost is Rp. 8.479.94.
