PERHITUNGAN DAN PENCATATAN GAJI DAN UPAH LEMBUR KARYAWAN PADA PT MULTI NATIONAL CORPORATION INFRASTRUKTUR UTAMA --Ed. 1

ABSTRAK
Anggraeni, Dewi, 2022. Mahasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda Jurusan
Akuntansi, menyusun suatu penelitian pada tugas akhir yang berjudul "Perhitungan dan
Pencatatan Gaji dan Upah Karyawan pada PT Multi National Corporation Infrastruktur
Utama", dengan di bawah bimbingan Bapak Yulius Gessong Sampeallo, S.E., M.M.,
sebagai pembimbing I dan Ibu Sekta Lonir Oscarini Wati Bhakti, S.Pd., M.Pd., sebagai
pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian perhitungan gaji dan upah
lembur terhadap karyawan PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No.
35 Tahun 2021 dan Keputusan Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Nomor
561/K.564/2020 serta Standar Akuntansi Keuangan. Alat pengambilan data yang
digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Alat analisis yang
digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah Peraturan Pemerintah No. 35 Tahun 2021 dan
Keputusan Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Nomor 561/K.564/2020.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari Perhitungan Gaji dan Upah Lembur
Karyawan pada PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama untuk periode bulan Desember 2021 masih
ada yang belum sesuai dengan keputusan Pemerintah dan Keputusan Gubernur yang
menunjukkan hasil untuk gaji pokok dan perhitungan upah lembur nama Roni adalah
Rp6.440.121,00 sedangkan perhitungan yang sesuai dengan Pemerintah adalah
Rp6.169.483,00 maka terjadi selisih lebih yang diterima karyawan adalah sebesar
Rp270.638,00 nama Asnur adalah Rp6.377.160,00 sedangkan perhitungan yang sesuai
dengan Pemerintah adalah Rp6.109.168,00 maka terjadi selisih lebih yang diterima
karyawan adalah sebesar Rp267.992,00 nama Kasim adalah Rp6.646.995,00 sedangkan
perhitungan yang sesuai dengan Pemerintah adalah Rp6.367.663,00 maka terjadi selisih
lebih yang diterima karyawan adalah sebesar Rp279.332,00 nama Iwan adalah
Rp6.718.951,00 sedangkan perhitungan yang sesuai dengan Pemerintah adalah
Rp6.436.595,00 maka terjadi selisih lebih yang diterima karyawan adalah sebesar
Rp282.356,00 nama Irwan adalah Rp6.422.132,00 sedangkan perhitungan yang sesuai
dengan Pemerintah adalah Rp6.152.250,00 maka terjadi selisih lebih yang diterima
karyawan adalah sebesar Rp269.882,00.

Accounting, compiled a research on his final project entitled "Calculation and Recording
of Employee Salaries and Overtime Wages at PT Multi National Corporation Infrastruktur
Utama", under the guidance of Mr. Yulius Gessong Sampeallo, S.E., M.M. as advisor I and
Mrs. Sekta Lonir Oscarini Wati Bhakti., S.Pd., M.Pd. as advisor II.
This study aims to determine the suitability of the calculation of salaries and
overtime wages for employees of PT MNC INfraktur Utama with Government Regulation
no. 35 of 2021 and Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan Province Number
561/K.564/2020 and Financial Accounting Standards. Data collection tools used are
interviews, documentation, and literature study. The analytical tool used in this paper is
Government Regulation no. 35 of 2021 and Decree of the Governor of East Kalimantan
Province Number 561/K.564/2020.
The results of this study indicate that from the Calculation of Salaries and Overtime
Wages at PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama for the period December 2021, there are still some
that are not in accordance with the Government's decision and the Governor's Decree
which shows the results for the basic salary and calculation of overtime wages for Roni's
name is Rp6.440.121,00 while the calculation according to the Government is
Rp6.169.483,00 then there is an excess difference received by the employee is
Rp270.638,00 the name Asnur is Rp6.377.160,00 while the calculation according to the
Government is Rp6.109.168,00 then there is an excess difference received by employees
amounting to Rp267.992,00 Kasim's name is Rp6.646.995,00 while the calculation
according to the Government is Rp6.367.663,00 then there is an excess difference received
by employees amounting to Rp279.332,00 Iwan name is Rp6.718.951,00 while the
calculation according to the Government is Rp6.436.595,00 then there is an excess
difference received employee is Rp282.356,00 the name of Irwan is Rp6.422.132,00 while
the calculation according to the Government is Rp6.152.250,00,- then there is an excess
difference received by the employee is Rp269.882,00.
