PERENCANAAN RUSUNAMI DI SAMARINDA PENEKANAN PADA FASAD MODERN MINIMALIS --

ABSTRACT
Flats are one of the residences in Samarinda. The planning of simple flats owned by
Samarinda with an emphasis on modern minimalist facades gives a different
impression from flats in general which tend to be monotonous in the appearance of
the building. Designing the facade of a modern minimalist flat by simplifying the
appearance without reducing the attraction for visitors by using concrete and asphalt
materials as well as simplifying the expression of the facade as much as possible, the
facade of this flat is white which gives an elegant impression, which is the concept of
this modern minimalist architectural style. In addition, the interior arrangement of
this modern minimalist apartment also prioritizes the function and comfort of the
occupants by placing minimalist furniture that provides more space, as well as an
interior appearance on the walls that does not use ornaments to prioritize efficiency,
and gives an elegant impression to the room.
