PERENCANAAN RUSUNAMI GANG NIBUNG DI SAMARINDA DENGAN PENEKANAN PADA ARSITEKTUR NEO VERNAKULAR KUTAI --

ABSTRACT

Abstract- Flats are the official house category from the Indonesian government for high-rise residential types such as apartments, flats and condominiums, as government program residences whose buildings consist of more than 8 floors, Rusunami are usually also referred to as Subsidized Apartments. Neo – vernacular is an architectural style by adapting traditional and modern styles, giving rise to a new style. The city of Samarinda is the capital of East Kalimantan, the main problem of the city of Samarinda itself which is very attached to the city of Samarinda, namely the population living on the edge of the Mahakam river which causes silting of the Mahakam riverbed which causes flooding and the area becomes slum. The problem formulations of this research are (1) How to plan Rusunami in Nibung alley with the emphasis on Neovernacular Kutai, and (2) How to plan Rusunami with an emphasis on Contextual Architecture. The design method of the Rusunami Gang Nibung begins with an analysis of the Rusunami users, the analysis of the site where the Rusunami will be built to the work on the required working drawings. The design concept of Rusunami adapts to Kutai's neo vernacular architectural style with an emphasis on analysis of Contextual Architecture.
