PERENCANAAN HOTEL TRANSIT DI KOTA SAMARINDA PENEKANAN PADA FISIKA BANGUNA --

ABSTRACT
Flight delays often result in passengers waiting long and tired. Especially business travelers who are affected by delays really need a place to rest with a high level of privacy. One of the facilities provided for the service and convenience of air transportation users at APT Pranoto Samarinda airport is a transit hotel. The method used in writing this final project is how to plan the design of a transit hotel by collecting data and general information through surveys and interviews related to or related to the design of a Transit Hotel, so that an idea will be created that can fulfill the aims and objectives of the design with an emphasis on building physics. Planning this Transit Hotel must pay attention to the existing conditions around the area, such as how to minimize the noise of buildings adjacent to the airport area. Through the application of building acoustics, such as applying the acoustic procedure method, the application of room acoustics and the application of acoustic materials, the aim of this transit hotel planning is to provide high comfort and privacy to visitors. As well as applying the concept of contemporary modern architecture that refers to the work of le Corbusier which has been applied to his work. So that the concept of the building gives the impression of a dynamic and contemporary building concept.
