DESAIN MAINAN ANAK JUNGKAT JUNGKIT DENGAN TEMA FAUNA KHAS KALIMANTAN TIMUR --

Toddler period is a very important period of life and needs serious attention. At this time
there is a very rapid growth and development process, namely physical growth and
psychomotor, mental and social development. One of the causes of developmental delays
in toddlers is the influence of using gadgets at an early age. The purpose of this design
is to introduce children to the traditional toy of the Teeter-totter, children can also reduce
playing gadgets and also train children's motor nerves Through the method of planning
and designing product designs that have been carried out using the Vinod Goel model
method which includes data collection, data analysis, design concepts, design
alternatives, design development from selected alternative designs, and final designs.
With this method, it was found the results of designing a product in the form of "Design
of Jungkat Jungkit Children's Toys with the Typical Fauna of East Kalimantan", By
making this product to facilitate the learning process, introducing children to traditional
toy Jungkat Jungkit and expected to be useful for fine motor development and children's
rough, children's imagination development, children's fantasy, children's creativity and
skills.
