ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PERUSAHAAN --

ABSTRACT
This study aims to know the effect of firm size, profitability, growth and
asset structure on the company's capital structure (studi in manufacturing
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2020)
silmutaneously and partially. The population in this study was 140 manufacturing
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2020. The
sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 11
companies. The data analysis technique used was test multiple linear regression.
The results showed that company size had a positive and significant effect
on capital structure. Profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital
structure. Company growth no effect on capital structure. Asset structure positive
and significant effect on capital structure. All independent variables
silmutaneously have a significant effect on capital structure.
