Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational
culture and characteristics of management accounting information systems on
managerial performance at the State Property Services Office and Samarinda
Auction. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire and the population in this study
are managers, employees, and staff of the State Wealth Service Office and
Samarinda Auction, while the sample in this study were 37 people with the sampling
method, namely saturated sampling technique.
The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a
significant effect on managerial performance. Characteristics of Management
Accounting Information Systems have a significant effect on managerial
performance. Organizational Culture and Characteristics of Management
Accounting Information Systems simultaneously have a significant effect on
managerial performance.
