SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENEMPATAN DOKTER DI PUSKESMAS KOTA SAMARINDA MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS --

ABSTRACT
Puskesmas and doctors are an inseparable relationship so far the process of
distributing doctors at the puskesmas has not been evenly distributed because there
is no system that can distribute doctors evenly to puskesmas. There is a way that
can be used to divide doctors evenly by using the clustering method to create a
decision support system for dividing doctors in the puskesmas. The method that
will be used for clustering the decision support system is the K-Means algorithm,
this method is very suitable for dividing a number of data according to the criteria
needed for an equitable distribution of puskesmas locations according to
predetermined criteria. The results of the research that has been carried out by the
K-Means algorithm can be used as a way out to divide 30 doctors into 10 puskesmas
locations more evenly and in accordance with the criteria to improve the health
quality of the local community.
