SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENERIMAAN PEMBAYARAN UKT BANTUAN COVID-19 MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) DAN TECHNIQUE FOR OTHERS PREFERENCE BY SIMILARITY TO IDEAL SOLUTION (TOPSIS) BERBASIS WEB --

ABSTRACT
Along with technological developments, the use of information technology can be
used to facilitate decision making. The process of accepting payments for the Single
Tuition Fee (UKT) for COVID-19 assistance which is designed to determine
candidates for receiving UKT payments for COVID-19 assistance. The decision
support system for accepting UKT payments for COVID-19 assistance is carried
out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight
of each criterion, as well as using the Technique For Order Preference By
Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to rank alternatives in the form of
student data. This study resulted in a decision support system that can determine
prospective recipients of payments for COVID-19 assistance at the Samarinda State
Polytechnic based on criteria that have been set in the academic section, namely
parents' salary slips, parental dependents and UKT using the AHP and TOPSIS
methods. In this study, testing was carried out using 16 alternatives consisting of
student data who applied for UKT assistance so that results were obtained
regarding candidates for receiving UKT payments for COVID-19 assistance. So
that a web based decision support system is obtained regarding candidates for
receiving UKT payments for COVID-19 assitance.
