SISTEM PAKAR KERUSAKAN PRINTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING --

ABSTRACT
Printer is a printing tool that is usually found in the office, or at home (Private Owner). Among other computer hardware, printers are the most easily damaged hardware with symptoms such as leaking cartridges and dry ink. With that the author discusses about an expert system that is able to diagnose and provide solutions to printers that are often problematic. Because many people prefer to directly buy a new printer rather than repair their own printer which actually only has a simple problem and can be solved by yourself. The existence of a Printer Damage Expert System using the Forward Chaining method can provide insight into printer damage and choose to repair the printer yourself.
