SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN DANA BANTUAN MISKIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TOPSIS BERBASIS WEB --

ABSTRACT

The selection of people's data that will participate in the poor aid fund is very large and it takes a long time to determine the candidate for the recipient of the poor aid fund. Because of the many requirements they will use. And to determine it, we need the requirements that will be used as attributes in determining the prospective recipients of the aid funds. Then the data obtained are 420 household data, and have 35 criteria for the poor. The data used are the first 15 data from the total data. The first 15 are used as alternative data. And 7 criteria include floor area, floor type, wall type, defecation facilities, lighting sources, drinking water sources, and education level. The method used in this final project is the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. TOPSIS method is used because it is more suitable to use. The result of this final project is to rank the potential recipients of poor aid funds based on the highest to the smallest web-based value. And in accordance with the alternatives and criteria used above.
