SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA KERUSAKAN KOMPUTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE BACKWARD CHAINING --

ABSTRACT
Expert System itself is a branch of applied AI (Artificial Intelligent) where computers
can think and behave like humans. Expert System (Expert System) Is a knowledgebased program that provides solutions to problems with expert quality. An expert
system is a program that imitates the thinking and knowledge of experts in solving
certain problems. An expert’s tool to make it easier to solve the problem of damage to
electronic devices or a knowledge tool for ordinary people who have never done
computer repair. In this final project, a title “Expert System for Computer Damage
Diagnostics using the Method Backward Chaining” is made to determine the
symptoms of computer damage and perform an initial diagnosis of a computer
malfunction and provide preventive solutions to overcome the damage to the
computer.
