ABSTRACT
The decision-making process for determining rice recipients (Raskin) in the Bukuan
village is still done manually, so it takes a long time to process data on families
who receive Raskin. In overcoming the problems faced with receiving rice for poor
families, a method is needed to help the system that is currently running, it is hoped
that the distribution of Raskin will be right on target. Therefore, a decision support
system is needed to assist officers in selecting citizens who are entitled to Raskin
assistance based on predetermined criteria. The Decision Support System method
used for this decision is the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The AHP method is used
for the weighting of the criteria, while the weighting of the criteria and ranking is
done using TOPSIS. The chosen alternative, with 4 criteria used, namely income,
number of dependents, house conditions and building area, obtained alternative
results that have the highest and lowest values, and the calculation results from the
TOPSIS method obtained alternatives with the highest preference value 0.787
(Magdalena, Muslimin and Indrawan ) and the lowest preference value obtained is
0.245 (Baharuddin) based on manual calculations that have been carried out using
Microsoft Excel. In designing this system used tools such as Data Flow Diagrams
(DFD) and Entity Relation Diagrams (ERD). This system is web-based using the
PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the study
indicate that the existence of the program can be used as a tool to generate valid
data about Raskin acceptance that can encourage job completion. The existence of
this system can also make management and performance more effective and
efficient.
