Abstract
A company needs to conduct employee performance assessments to
determine the success of employees in carrying out their duties and to find out
employees who excel, it is necessary to conduct an assessment of employee
performance. Therefore, it is necessary to have a reward or promotion in order to spur
employee performance to be more enthusiastic. In an assessment, of course, there are
various aspects/references as the basis for evaluating whether or not an employee is
good or not and also as a benchmark for whether someone deserves to be declared the
best employee or not.
In this study, the data used were the results of a questionnaire conducted at the
related company. In the data, there are several criteria determined by the researchers
and accepted by representatives from PT. Telkom Indonesia, Witel Samarinda.Some
of the criteria provided are Discipline given a C1 code with a weighting value of
90%, Productivity and work efficiency given a C2 code with a weight of 85%,
Quality Work is given a code of C3 with a weight of 80%, work initiatives are given
a code of C4 with a weight of 75% and cooperation is.given a code of C5 with a

weight of 70%. Each criterion will be scored and calculated with the aim of selecting
the best employees based on their performance.
