    ABSTRAK
    Many industrial equipment works automatically, whether it uses mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, or with other systems. Excavator is a work tool that facilitates work in order to make human labor and construction time efficient in the heavy equipment category. The purpose of this manufacture is that students can know the materials and materials needed in the manufacture of the main frame on the mini wheel excavator and the costs required in making the mini excavator. The method used in making the main frame of this wheel type mini excavator uses software. And the material used is A516 steel plate with a tensile strength of 485-620 Mpa and a yield strength of 375 Mpa with these strengths being standard in the manufacture of the main frame of a wheeled excavator mini. The reaction force acting on the distance between the axes of the rods for main frame 1 is 316 kg, for main frame 2 is 158 kg and for main frame 3 is 158 kg. This tool is made with the aim of providing simple supporting facilities in practice as well as in the hope that it can be useful for the surrounding community to facilitate excavation work and the like. In writing this final project proposal, we provide a report on the design of this tool, from pictures to the materials needed to make this tool.
