ABSTRACT
Budget Plan in planning a project is needed, because it is a comprehensive plan
of all project activities. The calculation of the cost budget plan for now is still
mostly done manually with Microsoft Excel, namely the unit price and wages are
multiplied by the volume of work. Calculation of the Budget Plan is done to find
out the amount of costs needed to build a project. The costs involved include the
cost of labor wages, materials, and equipment rental. The calculation of this
Budget Plan refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public
Housing No.28/PRT/M/2016 in the field of Human Settlements and Basic Unit
Prices of Activities (HSPK) in 2019 Kutai Kartanegara Regency No. 61 of 2019.
The result of the recapitulation of the cost of the construction project of the
Tenggarong Kutai Kartanegara Military District Command is Rp.
6,786,890,000.00 (Six Billion Seven Hundred Eighty Six Million Eight Hundred
Ninety Thousand Rupiah). In addition, in this planning to calculate material
requirements.
