RENCANA ANGGARAN BIAYA DAN PENJADWALAN GEDUNG BARU PUSKESMAS KARANG ASAM KOTA SAMARINDA --

ABSTRACT
The calculation of the Budget Plan and Time Schedule is carried out to find out the amount of costs and the length of time required for the construction project of the Karang Asam Public Health Center, Samarinda . The calculation of the Budget Plan refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing No.28/PRT/M/2016 and the Price of the Basic Unit of Activities for the City of Samarinda in 2020. Meanwhile, the calculation of time and scheduling is carried out using the Critical Path and S Curve method. The result of the recapitulation of the cost of this public health center building project is Rp. 7.773.000.000,00 (Seven Billion Seven Hundred Seventy Three Million Rupiah). Meanwhile, the required implementation time is 31 weeks or 7.3 months.
