PROSEDUR PENGADAAN LOGISTIK KAPAL TUGBOAT PADA PT PELABUHAN INDONESIA IV (PERSERO) CABANG SAMARINDA --

ABSTRACT
Ship service activities at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Samarinda branch are very dense and to support fleet operations it requires decent ships, ships require logistics such as spare parts, fuel, oil, and other ship needs to support ships in order to create a decent fleet. Logistics Procurement Procedure is a step carried out to complete the activity of providing materials, goods, equipment needed for ships according to needs, both with regard to the type and specifications, quantity, time and place, at prices and sources that can be accounted for. This study aims to determine how the Logistics Procurement Procedure for Tugboats at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Samarinda Branch.
The methodology in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and the sampling technique uses purporsive sampling technique, namely determining the subject or object according to the purpose, by conducting observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation as data collection techniques.
The result of this study is that the procurement procedure for tugboat logistics at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Samarinda branch has not been carried out optimally in accordance with the procedure due to the problem of undisciplined human resources in their duties.
