ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the process of implementing the procedure for
extending the ship construction certificate and what obstacles were
experienced during the implementation of the certificate renewal process.
Qualitative methods of data collection used in this study were primary data
and secondary data, data were collected through interviews and conducted
direct examinations in the field. The results of this study indicate that the
