PROSEDUR KEBERANGKATAN LCT ASA AURORA SEBAGAI MEDIA ANGKUT ALAT BERAT PADA PT PELAYARAN ADISETYA SELARAS ABADI --

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the procedure for the departure of LCT ASA Aurora
as a medium for heavy equipment transportation at PT Pelayaran Adisetya
Selaras Abadi. The departure procedure is very important for a company, so that
everything that will be done can be carried out properly. The method used in this
research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation,
interviews, literature study and documentation. Based on the results of the
analysis of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the obstacle in the
procedure for the departure of the LCT ASA Aurora ship is that the document
Operations does not pay attention and delays when ordering the Unloading and
Loading Activity Plan (RKBM) document, so that the motion permit document
cannot be processed by the Harbormaster Office and Samarinda Class II Port
Authority (KSOP).
