PROSEDUR DAN KENDALA PT SAMUDERA AGENCIES INDONESIA CABANG BONTANG DALAM PELAYANAN KAPAL MUATAN PUPUK UREA DI TERMINAL KHUSUS PUPUK KALIMANTAN TIMUR --

ABTRACT
This research aims to determine the procedures and obstacles PT Samudera
Agencies Indonesia As an agent that handles ships that dock and load at the special
terminal of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur. This research was conducted at a time
when the research was carried out for 6 months from July 1, 2020 to December 20,
2020. The method in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The
sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the interview
method. The purpose of this study, entitled "Procedures and Barriers to PT
Samudera Agencies Indonesia Bontang Branch in Handling Bulk Ships at the
Special Terminal of PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur", namely, to find out how the
service procedures provided by PT Samudera Agencies Indonesia as an agent in
serving ships at the Special Terminal PT fertilizers in East Kalimantan and the
obstacles faced. The results of this study indicate that agents are very important in
providing services to ships when they dock at the East Kalimantan Special Fertilizer
Terminal.
