PROSEDUR PERPANJANGAN SERTIFIKAT KESELAMATAN PERLENGKAPAN KAPAL BARANG TUG BOAT MEGAWATI 25 PADA PT REJEKI ABADI SAKTI --

ABSTRACT
Problems in Issuing Vessel Document Extensions are delays in shipping agents in PNBP payments and the lack of professionalism of KSOP officers in the office in serving the community/ship agents. The purpose of this study is to explain the procedure for extending a cargo ship safety certificate and find out what are the factors that hinder the extension of a cargo ship safety certificate and to find out how the procedure for extending a cargo ship safety certificate is.
The type of this research is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive method with observation technique or going directly to the field. This research was conducted at PT Rejeki Abadi Sakti Samarinda Branch from July 2020 to December 2020. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation studies.
The result of this study is the problem of extension, namely the payment of PNBP for the extension of the cargo ship safety certificate and the port officer in charge is not in place as one of the requirements for the issuance of the Sailing Approval Letter at the KSOP, if the cargo ship equipment certificate document is late in the extension, the ship cannot depart and experiences delays. .
