ABSTRACT
The procedure comes from the English "procedure" which can be interpreted as a way or procedure This study aims to determine how the procedure for loading and unloading clinker (cement) on MV Samudra Sakti I in Muara Java and what are the factors that influence the loading and unloading process of clinker (cement) on MV Samudra Sakti I in Muara Java.
This research uses a descriptive analysis method. The time and implementation of this research lasts for 6 months, starting from July 13-15 December 2020, it is carried out in the fifth semester (five) of the 2019/2020 academic year and the place of practice is carried out at PT Surahena Trans Agen Pelayaran Jl. . Griya Mukti Sejahtera, Graha Indah Building No. 23 Bumi Sempaja Samarinda, East Kalimantan.
