    ABSTRACT
    This study discusses the experiment “Proses Pengolahan dan Penyajian Steak Tempe With Barbeque Sauce and Mix Vegetables” which discusses the important elemens combined with tempe, which is usually steak made frome meat is changed to tempe.
    The purpose of this study is to find out how to processing and present the right tempe steak with barbeque sauce and mix vegetables so that resulting product satisfies and becomes a new inovation in processing steak, and be eccepted by the public at large.
