    ABSTRACT
    Corn is one of the commodities of grain and includes staple foods, and in Indonesia everyone is aware of corn, corn, and other forms of food, from side to side, from side to side. However, corn is rarely treated as a cake tasting material, so the writer would like to make something different by turning it into a cake tasting material in a way at puree, and being served with cream cheese and pearl/boba. The aim was to know how the pearl cake maize flavor and presentation would be used. The study employed experimental methods by creating recipes for prescription prescriptions, conducting experiments and assessments of taste, color, aroma, texture, and manner of presentation. The results obtained in experiments from formula one and formula two are different products of taste, color, aroma, texture, and manner of presentation. The best results were in formula two, having corrected the flaws and errors in formula one.
