    ABSTRACT
    Puspa rahmadani, 2021 Processing of Pineapple Fried Rice with mandays with the first supervisor Novita Indriani, SS, MA and I Wayan Sudarmayasa, SST.Par, M.Par as the second supervisor. Pineapple fried rice with manday is a processed fried rice with mixed manday or Cempedak peel and pineapple sauteed together using nutritious ingredients such as energy, fat, saturated fat, protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and sugar that contain many benefits.
    The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how to make pineapple fried rice with manday to find out how to serve pineapple fried rice with manday
    The research method was carried out with the stages used in this study was a qualitative method using experimental data. The results of this study explain how the Manday Pineapple Fried Rice Process and how to serve Manday Pineapple Fried Rice
