    Abstract
    The main purpose of making this meat shredding machine is to meet the needs of shredded craftsmen. With this meat shredding machine, it is hoped that it can help in the production process so that it can speed up the production process. Therefore, a beef shredder machine was made for shredded raw materials which is capable of shredding beef quickly and only takes a short time in the process.The stages of making a beef shredding machine for shredded raw materials with a capacity of 6 kg of flour consist of an analysis of the speed of production capacity, a concept design of a meat shredder machine where the development of a sketch image becomes a technical drawing, the last step in making this machine is to make a product document in the form of a working drawing design.The results of the design of a beef frying machine with the following size specifications, machine size Width 600 mm, Height 700 mm, Machine length 600 mm, the main driving source of the machine is a 1 hp electric motor with a rotation of 1400 rpm. transmission system using pulli and V-belt or belt. The driver shaft uses S50C material with a diameter of 25.4 mm with a shaft rotation of 700 rpm. the frame construction is made of 40x40x3 mm elbow profile with ST 37 material, then the average effective production capacity of the shredder macine per 2 kg for shredding beef is 5.43 minutes.
