ABSTRACT
Plastic waste is one of the main problems in environmental pollution, both soil and sea pollution. Humans have to think about how to process it into something useful, one of which is to turn it into alternative fuels. The objectives to be achieved from this research are how to overcome these problems by making a plastic waste processing tool into fuel oil, and knowing the performance of the Plastic Reactor Pyrolysis tool. The test is carried out by making a plastic waste processing tool consisting of 12 main parts, namely; plastic chopper unit, motor drive, frame, stove semar, reactor tube, thermostat, pressure gauge, safety valve, steam line, condenser tube, water pump, water container. From the results of calculations and experiments on the tools that have been made, it is found that 5 kg of PET type plastic waste can produce 250 ml of liquid oil.
