    ABSTRACT Corn is one of the world's most important food crops besides wheat and rice. Corn is an important requirement for human and animal life. One of the most common agricultural products in Indonesia is corn. Corn has adequate nutritional content and crude fiber as a staple food substitute for rice. Corn is an annual crop. One life cycle is completed in 80-150 days. The problems faced by farmers after the corn harvest after the corn is dried are related to corn shelling. The peeling process is usually carried out by farmers manually using hands, so it takes a long time. Before the development of the corn sheller machine is carried out, first observations and information collection are carried out on what needs to be prepared as a benchmark for the development of the corn sheller machine. The planning of this development aims to increase the productivity of corn shellers and improve the work performance of farmers. This development resulted in a corn sheller machine with the following specifications, the frame construction is made of angled iron 50 X 50 mm X 6 meters with a frame size of 540 mm long, 250 mm wide, and 80 mm high, a cylindrical tube with a diameter of 8.65 cm long 46 cm and 1 mm aluminum plate and the size is 150 X 110 cm.
