STUDI PERSEBARAN PESERTA YANG MENGIKUTI PELATIHAN DI BALAI LATIHAN KERJA (BLK) SAMARINDA --

ABSTRACT

State Polytechnic, Born in Lamongan on February 09, 2001. "Study on the Distribution
of Participants Attending Training at the Samarinda Vocational Training Center (BLK).
Under the guidance of supervisor I Andi Syarifuddin, S.E., M.Si and supervisor II Dyah
Kusrihandayani, S.E., M.M. This study aims to find out how the distribution of training
participants from the Samarinda Work Training Center (BLK) in 2020 is based on
vocational, domicile, age and education level. The research method used is descriptive
research method with secondary data analysis techniques by tabulating in the form of
tables and graphs.
The results of the research are: (1) The number of training participants at the
Training Center (BLK) in 2020 is 800 people. (2) Participants from the Samarinda City
area were 533 people (66.63%). Meanwhile, for areas outside the city of Samarinda, the
most participants were in the Kutai Kartanegara area with 162 people (20.25%). (3)
Participants who have participated in the training are aged 14 to 60 years, participants
aged 19 being the most, namely 95 people (11.88%). (4) Participants with a high school
education level/equivalent were the ones who attended the most training, as many as 635
people (79.38%). (5) prospective participants at the Samarinda Vocational Training
Center (BLK) can register through the KEMNAKER Sisnaker website by choosing a
training location at the Training Center (BLK) and choosing a vocational school that
suits the wishes of the prospective trainees.
