ABSTRACT

The purpose of writing this project is to find out how the procedure for resruitmen of employees at PT.Kaliraya Sari in Muara Badak is. Because human resources are a very important role in a company. For this reason, it is necessaty to implement a good recruitmen prosess so that the company gets quality human resources.The theoretical basis for this project research are books in which there is an understanding of procedures, planning for emplloyee or manpower needs.
Understanding recturn, and stage of rectum. Understading employee recruitment procedures is a series of steps from activities carried out in an effort to antain job applicants who meet the qualifications to fill certain positions so that the goals of the company can be carried out property.
The writing of this project uses a qualitative descriptive type of security,hamely observations that aim to describe and interpret carefully and Systematically about activities or describe the conditions that occur at the place of observation. The data sources used include sources and document or archives within the company. Regarding the data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observation, and keputakan studies. The data analysis techniques used by the author are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Sari has a good procedure, from planning procedures for manpower or employee needs, selection of prospective workers or employees, recruitment of workers or employees.
