    This study aims to answer the focus of research on the application of operational standards to employee performance. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation
    The results of research conducted in the field indicate that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are the stages in carrying out activities in accordance with the rules used. The PJP2U SOP in at the Class I A.P.T Airport Organizing unit office. Pranoto Samarinda was designed directly by a government regulation, namely Ministerial Regulation 178 of 2015 concerning Standards for Airport Service Users and Ministerial Regulation 36 of 2014 concerning procedures for the imposition of airport service tariffs so that implementation The activity will run as it should. The implementation of PJP2U SOPs in accordance with procedures will have an impact on improving employee performance. This can be seen from the achievement of the annual accounts receivable budget. Performance itself can be interpreted as daily work that must be done optimally to achieve the targeted results. The PJP2U SOP that has been prepared is implemented to all employees at the Class I A.P.T Airport Organizing unit office. Pranoto Samarinda
