PENGARUH FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA PRODI DIII ADMINISTRASI BISNIS POLITEKNIK NEGERI SAMARINDA --

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities on student satisfaction of the DIII Business Administration Study Program at the Samarinda State Polytechnic. The data of this research were obtained from the Questionnaire (Primary) which was distributed to students of the DIII Business Administration Study Program using themethod Purposive Sampling. The sample used in this study were 203 respondents. The questionnaire was tested using Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability) and Hypothesis Test (t) and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) Facilities at the DIII Business Administration study program at the Samarinda State Polytechnic are good, and the level of student satisfaction. Facilities at the DIII Business Administration study at the Samarinda State Polytechnic are satisfied. 2) The results of the analysis show that the Facility has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction of the DIII Business Administration Study Program at the Samarinda State Polytechnic. 3) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha is recieved, meaning that the facility has a positive and significant effect on Student Satisfaction of the DIII Business Administration Study Program at the Samarinda State Polytechnic, both partially.
