This final project research aims to find out how the archive management system in the marketing administration department at PT Publisher Erlangga Samarinda. Judging from its nature, this research is descriptive qualitative, namely the author provides an overview of the archive management system in the marketing administration section at PT Publisher Erlangga Samarinda which is poured into sentences and based on the observations of researchers. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and literature study so that it can be analyzed and drawn conclusions. The analytical tool used in this research is the Archives System according to Zulkifli Amsyah in his book Archives Management.
The results of this study indicate that the storage system used is not in accordance with a good and correct storage system. It is more appropriate if the storage system uses a subject system that is in accordance with Zulkifli Amsyah's theory because in one drawer there are several documents that can be grouped by subject and arranged according to the date of the letter.
