This final project research aims to determine how the discipline of employee performance at PT. Cipta Krida Bahari Samarinda. Judging from its nature, this research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, literature study and internet research. The analytical tool used in this research is the Validity Test and Reliability Test with data analysis methods using hypothesis testing where there is Simple Linear Regression, Determination Coefficient Test and Partial Test (T Test).
The results of this study indicate that discipline has a significant effect on employee performance.
