PROSEDUR PEMBUATAN AKTA KELAHIRAN PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL SAMARINDA --

Dewi Suciati, 18622021. The title of the final project is "Procedure for Making a Birth Certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Samarinda". Under the guidance of supervisor I Andi Nurhasanah, S.E., M.AB and supervisor II Johan Lucas Away, S.E., M.Sc.
This study aims to find out and analyze the procedure for making General and Special/Late Birth Certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Samarinda. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews, and literature study. The analysis tool uses a comparison between the procedures for making a Birth Certificate at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Samarinda with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 108 of 2019 concerning Implementing Regulations of Presidential Regulation No. 96 of 2018 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Population Registration and Civil Registration. The Birth Certificate has stages, namely submitting an application, filling out the Birth Certificate form, checking the completeness of the file, verifying and validating the file, the applicant waiting for the results and submitting the Birth Certificate to the applicant.
Based on the results of the research, the authors found that the procedure for making a birth certificate for the Samarinda Population and Civil Registration Service was in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 108 of 2019 concerning Implementing Regulations of Presidential Regulation No. 96 of 2018 concerning Requirements and Procedures for Population Registration and Civil Registration. It's just that there is a slight difference in the stages. It is hoped that there will be socialization to the public about the procedures for making the established Birth Certificate.
