    Rahayu, Sasmi. 2021. "The Influence of Quality of Education Personnel Services on Student Satisfaction in The Business Administration Diii Study Program", Guided by 1st advisor Mrs. Heldina Pristanti, S.Pd., M.Pd., and 2nd advisor Mrs. Kristin Wulansari S.E., M.M., as the second supervisor.
    The objective of this study is to determine how much influence the service quality to the students satisfaction. Quality of care consistsof five indicators. They are tangibles, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The population in this study was all students in the Diploma Program of Three Business Administrations totaling 412 students. The sampling method using Slovin formula. It is chosen 203 samples. The results found that the hypothesis in this study has been significantly proven. The quality of service significantly affects student satisfaction, the correlation coefficient is 0.854 and the determination coefficient is 0.730. The implication in this study is that the quality of service plays an equally important role either individually or simultaneously in improving student satisfaction.
