PROSEDUR PENGADAAN MATERIAL PRODUKSI PADA PT SAGATRADE MURNI SAMARINDA TUGAS AKHIR --

ABSTRACT
Material procurement is very important in a company, especially a manufacturing company. In the material procurement process, procedures are need so that its implementation goes well. The purpose of writing this research is to obtain an in-depth picture of the procurement procedures for production materials applied by PT Sagatrade Murni Samarinda.
The research method used in this thesis is a qualitative or descriptive research, which describes the actual situation. Data collection techniques in this research are field research and literature research. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained by means of direct interviews with employees of PT Sagatrade Murni Samarinda. While secondary data is data obtained from other sources related to this research.
Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that the procurement procedure for production materials at PT Sagatrade Murni Samarinda consists of making a Purchase Requisition draft, submitting a Purchase Requisition draft, approval of a Purchase Requisition draft, making a Purchase Requisition, approval of a Purchase Requisition, requesting a quotation, receiving a quotation, approval a quotation, making a Purchase Order, approval of Purchase Order, submission of Purchase Order to supplier, monitoring of purchase status, and receipt of material items.
