PENGARUH DISIPLIN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI KOPERASI TENAGA KERJA BONGKAR MUAT SAMUDERA SEJAHTERA (KOMURA) SAMARINDA --

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on work productivity of the employees of the Samudera Sejahtera Samarinda (KOMURA) Unloading Labor Cooperative. The location of this research is in the Samudera Prosperous loading and unloading labor cooperative (KOMURA) and the object of this research is the discipline and work productivity of the Samudera Sejahtera loading and unloading labor cooperative employees (KOMURA), while the sample in this study is the Samudera Sejahtera Samarinda loading and unloading workforce. (KOMURA) as many as 50 people. The collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. While the data analysis technique is to use simple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that work discipline (X1) has a significant effect on employee productivity (Y). It is said that there is obedience to work discipline on employee productivity at the loading and unloading labor cooperative of Samudera Prosperous Samarinda. The implication of this research is that if the organization wants to increase employee productivity, it must start from improving time discipline, regulations, and employee responsibilities.
