ABSTRACT

The current loan management system carried out by cooperatives is only through Microsoft Excel basic, so it is less efficient and effective in recording installments and reporting transactions.
Therefore, the purpose of this fund management information system is to provide convenience for officers and cooperative heads in recording transactions and monitoring transactions.
The researcher uses qualitative research methods, in which qualitative research does not relate the results of the analysis to numbers. The analytical tool used by researchers specifically is Microsoft Excel 2019.
The results of this study explain that using an information system or automation application like this is much more effective and efficient in recording transactions and reporting transactions than using only Microsoft Excel Basic.
