    ABSTRACT
    THE EFFECT OF CUSTOMER INNOVATIVENESS AND SOCIAL INFLUENCE ON SATISFACTION, TRUST AND LOYALTY ON MAXIM USERS IN SAMARINDA CITY

    The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of Customer Innovativeness on Satisfaction on Maxim users in Samarinda City, Social Influence on Satisfaction on Maxim users in Samarinda City, Customer Innovativeness on Trust on Maxim users in Samarinda City, Social Influence on Trust on users Maxim in Samarinda City, influence of Customer Innovativeness on Loyalty on Maxim users in Samarinda City, Social Influence on Loyalty on Maxim users in Samarinda City, influence of Satisfaction on Trust on Maxim users in Samarinda City, influence of Satisfaction on Loyalty on Maxim users in Samarinda City , and the effect of Trust on Loyalty on Maxim users in Samarinda City. This study uses a survey method with a sample of 126 with respondents residing in the city of Samarinda with the sampling technique of Accidental Random Sampling Methode. Data from respondents (Primary Data) was then tabulated and tested using statistical methods. Data were collected using research tools (questionnaires) which have been tested for validity and reliability. From the test results, all research question instruments were declared valid (coefficient value > 0.30) and declared reliable (alpha value > 0.60). The results of the study after statistical testing with SEM-AMOS version 5.0 showed the following results Customer Innovativeness had a significant effect on Satisfaction on Maxim users in Samarinda, Social Influence had no significant effect on Satisfaction on Maxim users in Samarinda, Customer Innovativeness had a significant effect on Trust on Maxim users in Samarinda, Social Influence significantly affects Trust on Maxim users in Samarinda, Customer Innovativeness has no significant effect on Loyalty on Maxim users in Samarinda, Social Influence significantly affects Loyalty on Maxim users in Samarinda, Satisfaction has an effect significant effect on Trust on Maxim users in the city of Samarinda, Satisfaction has no significant effect on Loyalty on Maxim users in Samarinda, and Trust has no significant effect on Loyalty on users in the city of Samarinda.
