    ABSTRACT
    This study aims to find out and analyze loyalty in visitors to Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop in Samarinda City by using servicescape variables and ambient conditions through trust and satisfaction. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents who had visited Janji Jiwa Coffee Shop. The data obtained is then analyzed with an analysis tool in the form of structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS software with accidental sampling methode sampling techniques. Provide a statement via link and deploy it only once. Data from respondents (Primary Data) is then tabulated and tested using statistical methods.
    The results of this study showed that servicescape and ambient conditions has a significant effect on trusts, servicescapes and ambient conditions have a significant effect on satisfaction, trusts have insignificant effect on satisfaction, servicescape and ambient conditions have an insignificant effect on loyalty, and satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty.
