    ABSTRACT
    Ohana: Influence Of Corporate Social Responsibilty (Csr), And Communication, To Satisfaction And Trust And Loyalty On Kaltimtara Bank Customer In Samarinda City
    The purpose of this study was to analyze and prove the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility and Communication to Satisfaction and Trust on Loyalty on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City, this study uses primary daa taken by distributing questionnaires with 126 samples scattered in province of Samarinda City with the sampling technique Accidental Sampling Method. Data were analyzed using llinear regression multivariate. he results of the study after statistical tests using SEM-AMOS version 5.0 showed that the following results Corporate Social Responsibility and Communication significantly affected Satisfaction on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City, Corporate Social Responsibility significantly affected Trust on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City, Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on Loyalty on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City, Satisfaction has a significant effect on Trust and Loyalty on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City, Communication has no significant effect on Trust on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City, Communication has no significant effect on Loyalty on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City, Trust has no significant effect on Loyalty on Kaltimtara bank customer in Samarinda City.
