    ABSTRACT
    This study aims to analyze the Effect of perceived ease of use and perceived behavioral control on Actual Use through Attitude and Intention to Use on E-payment OVO Application Users in Samarinda City. This study used a quantitative approach using path analysis processed with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM AMOS 5 software. This study used a sample of 133 respondents who had used the E-payment OVO application in Samarinda City. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale with a score of 1 - 5. In this study, validity and reliability tests were also carried out, then the estimation test and structural model fit test were carried out.
    Based on the structural model, it can be proven that Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Behavioral Control have a significant effect on Attitude; Perceived Behavioral Control have a significant effect on intention to use; Attitude and intention to use have a significant Actual Use; perceived ease of Use effect have no significant effect on Intention to Use; perceived ease of Use and Perceived Behavioral Control effect have no significant effect on Actual Use
