Esmeralda, Andi. 2021. “Perhitungan Harga Pokok Pembangunan Rumah Tipe 36 Pada PT Kalimantan Global Propertindo” atas bimbingan dari Bapak Dr. Sudarlan, S.E., M.T. sebagai dosen pembimbing I dan Bapak Drs. Diyah Permana, M.Hum. sebagai dosen pembimbing II. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan perhitungan harga pokok pembangunan rumah dengan metode Harga Pokok Pesanan (Full-Costing). Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif karena penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui perhitungan pembangunan rumah pada PT Kalimantan Global Propertindo. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penulisan penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan penyajian informasi yang lebih akurat, efektif, dan efisien. Di samping itu, dapat juga meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan, menghemat waktu serta mempercepat aktifitas pencatatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Kalimantan Global Propertindo merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembangunan perumahan (Developer). Perhitungan harga pokok pembangunan rumah sangat berpengaruh terhadap biaya yang akan dihitung dan laba yang didapatkan dalam pembangunan hingga rumah siap untuk dijual.

Esmeralda, Andi. 2021. “Calculation of the Cost of Construction of a Type 36 House at PT Kalimantan Global Propertindo” for the guidance of Mr. Dr. Sudarlan, S.E., M.T. as supervisor I and Drs. Diyah Permana, M. Hum. as supervisor II. The goal to be achieved in this study is to calculate the cost of building a house using the Cost of Order (Full-Costing) method. This research belongs to the type of descriptive research because the research was conducted to determine the calculation of house construction at PT Kalimantan Global Propertindo. Data collection techniques in writing this research are interviews and documentation. This research is useful for companies to be able to improve the presentation of information that is more accurate, effective, and efficient. In addition, it can also minimize the error rate, save time and speed up recording activities. The results of the analysis show that PT Kalimantan Global Propertindo is one of the companies engaged in housing development (Developer). The calculation of the cost of building a house is very influential on the costs to be calculated and the profit earned in the construction until the house is ready for sale.
