PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DENGAN METODE FULL COSTING PADA USAHA ANEKA KUE ASHILA DI MUARA BADAK --

Di bimbing oleh Ibu Fariyanti, S.E., M.Si., sebagai pembimbing pertama dan Bapak Eko Adi Widyanto, S.E., M.SA., sebagai pembimbing kedua. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi Kue Donat dan Roti Goreng pada Usaha Aneka Kue Ashila dengan menggunakan metode full costing. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah melakukan interview atau wawancara langsung dengan pihak yang berhubungan langsung dengan objek yang diamati dan observasi langsung atau pengamatan langsung ke lapangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi kue Donat dan Roti Goreng dari perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp 1.643.600 dan Harga Pokok Produksi per Donat/pcs adalah sebesar Rp 438 Sedangkan, hasil perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi kue Donat dan Roti Goreng dengan menggunakan metode full costing adalah sebesar Rp 2.356.153 dari perhitungan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dengan metode full costing lebih besar dari perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi perusahaan hal itu dikarenakan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi dengan metode full costing mengelompokkan biaya terlebih dahulu dan memperhitungkan penyusutan pada kativa tetap.

The purpose of this final project is to determine the calculation of the cost of production of Donuts and Fried Breads in Ashila's Various Cakes Business using the full costing method. The method used in data collection is to conduct interviews or direct interviews with parties who are directly related to the object being observed and direct observation or direct observation to the field. The conclusion of this study is that the calculation of the cost of production of donuts and fried bread from the company is Rp. 1,643,600 and the cost of production per donut/pcs is Rp. 438. Meanwhile, the results of the calculation of the cost of production of donuts and fried bread using the full method costing is Rp. 2,356,153 from the calculation, it can be concluded that the calculation of the Cost of Production with the full costing method is greater than the calculation of the Company's Cost of Production, this is because the calculation of the Cost of Production with the full costing method groups costs first and takes into account depreciation on fixed assets. .
