PERHITUNGAN (BREAK EVEN POINT) BATAKO DAN PAVING BLOCK JAYA UTAMA DI TENGGARONG SEBERANG PADA BULAN MARET 2021 --

ABSTRAK
Yuni Ervina, 2021. Perhitungan (Break Even Point) Batako dan Paving Block Utama Jaya di Tenggarong Seberang, di bawah bimbingan Ibu Fariyanti, S.E., M.Si., sebagai pembimbing I dan Bapak Drs. H. Noor Fachman Tjetje, MTM sebagai pembimbing II.
Persaingan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) saat ini memberikan pengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap setiap usaha yang dilakukan. Ekomomi yang pasang surut mengakibatkan harga bahan baku serta daya beli masyarakat berubah-ubah. Hal ini berpengaruh bagi UMKM dalam menentukan harga dan volume produksi.
Tujuan dari penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui volume titik impas impas (Break Even Point) dan tingkat keamanan (Margin of Safety) Jaya Utama pada bulan Maret 2021.
Hasil penulisan menunjukkan bahwa titik impas pada produk Batako sebesar Rp. 12.057.784,- atau 6.699 unit dan Paving Block sebesar Rp. 3.302.660,- atau 1.651 unit. Tingkat penjualan produk pada Jaya Utama pada bulan Maret 2021 telah berada diatas nilai titik impas (Break Even Point). Margin of Safety hasilnya menunjukkan target dapat turun sebesar 81% atau senilai Rp.67.439.555 dari target penjualan awal sebesar Rp. 82.800.000.

Competition for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) currently has a direct or indirect influence on every business carried out. The ups and downs in the economy have caused the prices of raw materials and people's purchasing power to fluctuate. This affects MSMEs in determining prices and production volumes.
The purpose of writing this report is to determine the volume of the break even point (Break Even Point) and the level of safety (Margin of Safety) Jaya Utama in March 2021.
The results show that the Break Even Point for Batako products is Rp. 12,057,784,- or 6,699 units and Paving Block of Rp. 3,302,660,- or 1,651 units. The level of product sales at Jaya Utama in March 2021 has been above the break even point (Break Even Point). Margin of Safety results show that the target can decrease by 81% or Rp. 67,439,555 from the initial sales target of Rp. 82.800.000..
