DESY ASTUTI KUSUMANING TYAS, “Analisis Laba Kotor Penjualan Pada Usaha Lumpia Panas Harapan Baru Tahun 2019” dibawah bimbingan Drs. Khairil Akbar, M.Si., sebagai pembimbing 1 dan Ibu Dr. Rafiqoh, S.E., M.M., sebagai pembimbing 2. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui selisih laba kotor pada Lumpia Panas Harapan Baru dan untuk mengetahui apa saja penyebab dari selisih laba kotor pada Lumpia Panas Harapan Baru. Teknik yang digunakan dalam memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan untuk tugas akhir ini adalah studi lapangan yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan bersumber dari alat analisis laba kotor Bustami dan Nurlela, yaitu selisih laba kotor, selisih penjualan, selisih harga pokok penjualan, selisih harga jual, selisih kuantitas penjualan, selisih harga dari harga pokok penjualan, selisih kuantitas bersih, selisih komposisi penjualan dan skema analisis laba kotor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mengingkatnya laba kotor pada Lumpia Panas Harapan Baru pada tahun 2019 disebabkan karena selisih penjualan terutama pada elemen selisih kuantitas penjualan.

DESY ASTUTI KUSUMANING TYAS, "Analysis of Gross Spring Profit Sales at the New Hope Hot Spring Rolls in 2019" under the guidance of Drs. Khairil Akbar, M.Sc., as a supervisor 1 and Mrs. Dr. Rafiqoh, S.E., M.M., as a supervisor 2. This study aims to determine the difference in gross profit on the New Hope Hot Spring Rolls and to find out what are the causes of the gross profit difference in the New Hope Hot Spring Rolls. The technique used in obtaining and collecting data needed for this thesis is a field study namely interviews and documentation. The analytical tool used was sourced from Bustami and Nurlela's gross profit analysis tool, namely the difference in gross profit, difference in sales, difference in cost of goods sold, difference in sales price, difference in sales quantity, difference in price from cost of goods sold, net quantity difference, difference in sales composition and gross profit analysis scheme. The results of this study indicate that the increase in gross profit in the New Hope Hot Spring Rolls in 2019 is due to the difference in sales, especially in the element of the quantity difference in sales.
